In this article,based on the present state of transformation for Hubei forestry scientific and technological achievements,the author analysed and discussed the leading factorsaffecting the transformation of forestry scientific and technological achievimints,thereafter,put forward corresponding counter-measures increasing the transformation percent and sizebenifit (or benifit of popularizing in large scale) of the scientific and technological achievements.
