The Species Diversity and Geographical Distribution of the Rare, Extinction-Verged on and Protect-Needed Wild Plants in Hubei Province

文章论述了湖北省珍稀濒危野生保护植物物种多样性及其地理分布，根据《中国珍稀濒危保护植物名录》（第一批）提出湖北省有62种，占全国的15．97％，其中一级3种、二级24种、三级35种；鄂西北分布54种，鄂西南51种，鄂东南26种，鄂东北25种，鄂北4种，江汉平原3种；鄂西北特有4种，鄂西南特有4种，鄂东北特有3种，全省广布2种；鄂西南和鄂西北为分布中心。

Abstract:

A relative overall description was made on the species diversity and georaphical distribution of the rare, extinction-verged on and protect-needed wild plants in Hubei; according to the published pamphlet"a list of the rare, extinction-verged on and protect-needed plants in china"(series A),the conclusions are: there are 62 species belonging to Hubei and accounting for 15. 97% of the whoie country's,of which,3 species being divided into frist-class; 24 species into second-class, 35 species into third-classl these 62 seecies distributed among the northwest, southwest,seutheast,northeast,north and Jianghan plain With different quantity i. e. 54,51, 26, 25, 4, 3 respectively; the local specific species distributed only 4 in the northewest, 4, 3 in the southwest and northeast; there are only 2 species distributing all over the province;clearly,the distribution center located in the southwest and northwest.
