该文针对芦花冲生态经济沟的自然、社会、经济特点、以及土地利用结构、运用生态经济学原理和系统工程方法对其进行农林结构、林种结构调整，并合理布局，解决了土地的合理利用问题。

Abstract:

Based on the natural,social & economic characteristics and land utilization structure of the ecological economic ditch within Luhuachong,the authors had used principles of ecological economics and methods on systematic engineering to make reasonable regulation and layout of the ditch's agriculture-forestry structure and forest category structure resulting in the problems(i. e. reasonable land utilization)' being solved successfully.
