宜昌市经济林发展现状,问题及对策

The Present Situation, Problem and Countermeasure in the Development of the Forest of Economic Value in Yichang City

摘要:

目前宜昌市经济林的发展中存在较多问题，除品种结构不合理、经济效益低、管理粗放、科技含量低外，其突出问题是：加工滞后，生产、加工、销售脱节，没有形成产业链条。在今后的经济林发展中，应加强组织协调，理顺管理体制；加大科技含量，实行科学管理；广筹资金，增加投入；以市场为导向，建立经济林发展的产业运行机制，使经济林发展、加工、销售进入良性循环的轨道，实现优质、高产、高效。

Abstract:

Now the prominent problems appeared in the growing of the forest. Problem A comes from the inrational variety structure,the low economic profit the backward management and the lack of scientific technology. Problem B originates in the stagnant process,and the disjointed production,process and selling. The industrial chain loosed and failed to form in the whole three process. So the author consider that the better countermeasure for the problems should work in this way in the future. firstly,well-organized and coordinated in the three parts of production; Secondly,the managed system is to be cleared off; Thirdly, the scientific technology and management should be greatly introduced;Fouthly,more investment and fund collection should be increased by means of all channels. Finally,we should focus on the market in order to set up a working system that putting the undertaking of the forest of economic value onto a regular track to realize the expected aim:Fine quality,more products and high profit.
