杜仲二次梢扦插研究

介绍和分析了一种促使同一株杜仲母树１ａ抽两次新梢的方法，对人为促发的二次梢的抽梢母枝角度、插穗部位对生根率的影响进行了试验，测定了二次梢的营养物质含量，比较了两次新梢的扦插生根情况。结果表明：母枝角度小，抽的二次梢多而好；不同部位的插穗扦插生根率存在显著差异，营养状况也不同；二次梢扦插可用于生产育苗。

Abstract:

In this article,a kind of measure which can make the Eucommia Ulmoides tree put forth twice a gear has been provided and analyzed. The experiments,about the maternal branch's angle of the artificial second newly branch and the ralationship between cutting position and the rooting rate,have been done. The arganical matter content was determined. And the rooting condition are compared. The study showed that smaller angle maternal branches sprout more and better second newly branches,the rooting rates and the organical matter conditions are remarkably different,and the second newly branches may be used in cutting propagationg production.
