银杏叶用品种的初步筛选研究

Preliminary Study on Leaf-used Variety of Gingko

摘要:

通过对收集的16个银杏优良单株4年生嫁接苗的叶产量，黄酮含量进行初步比较研究，结果表明：不同单株间叶产量，黄酮含量存在显著差异；银杏植株各器官中黄酮含量以芽最高，叶次之，根枝较低。综合分析表明；WL168表现最优，其次为桂林3号等，可在生产中推广应用。

Abstract:

Preliminary comparative study was carried out through 4 year old grafted seedlings of 16 collected Gingko superior individual plant on leaf yield, yellow Ketone content with the result showed as the following: leaf yield and yellow Ketone content excess obvious difference between various individual plant; the bud is the highest in the content of yellow Ketone in all organs of Gingko plants, leaf followed secondly, root branch conducted the lowest. The indication from integrated analysis: No. WL 168 behaved the best, then Guilin No. 3 second which can be extended and applied in the production.
