米邦塔仙人掌组织培养技术研究

Study on Tissue Culture Technology of Milpa Alta

摘要:

通过研究探索出米邦塔仙人掌组织培养的诱导条件、消毒方法、激素的种类和配比以及分化、生根的培养基。以1／2MS＋琼脂8g/L 蔗糖25g/L为基本培养基，附加0.2mg/LNAA，生根率达99％，生根效果最好，且根系生长粗壮健全。

Abstract:

The induced condition, sterilized method, type of hormone and its proportion and weathering as well, and culture medium of rooting of tissue culture with Milpa Alta have been explored through the study. The rooted rate reaches 99%, while the rooted effects show the best and the root system grows strong and healthy by taking 1/2MS+agar-agar 8g/L+cane sugar 25 g/L as basic culture medium with additional 0 2 mg/L NAA.
