本文对四倍体刺槐组织培养中的各种影响因素进行了试验分析，确定了最佳分化培养基和生根培养基的成分，并分析讨论了激素、光照、温度等因子在其培养中的作用及健化时的注意事项等，为四倍体刺槐的进一步快繁提供了科学依据。

Abstract:

The best composition of culture medium for differentiation and rooting has been decided based on the analysis of many factors about tissue culture of fourfold acacia. The function of several factors such as hormone, illumination and temperature and the points for attention have been also discussed. This provided scientific basis for further rapid reproduction of fourfold acacia.
