深山含笑嫁接技术研究

Study on Grafting Technique of Michelia maudiae Dunn

摘要:

对深山含笑苗圃嫁接时期、嫁接方法进行了研究。结果表明：在用白玉兰作砧木嫁接深山含笑时，在各个时期进行嵌芽接的嫁接成活率均很低；枝接以3月下旬最理想。其中：带顶芽切接成活率在95．8％，其次是不带顶芽包头切接，成活率达85．0％，都显著高于或极显著高于同期进行的不带顶芽不包头切接。

Abstract:

Grafting periods and grafting methods of Michelia maudiae Dunn were studied .The results indicated:the survival rates of shield-like bud grafting in all experimental periods rate are very low;scion grafting in middle and late March is the best,while in other periods are very bad;scion grafting with top bud is the best shoot grafting method,its grafting survival rate is up to 95.8%,and that of scion grafting with upper end of shoot without top bud wrapped is better up to 85.0%,both are very significantly or significantly higher than that of scion grafting with upper end of shoot without top bud unwrapped at same period.
