本文主要论述了数字林业建设在林业管理现代化中的地位，通过全面分析湖北数字林业建设现状，提出了湖北数字林业建设目标体系。就湖北数字林业体系的基本构架进行了研究、规划，并指出了湖北数字林业建设的可行途径。

Abstract:

The paper discusses digital forestry development over position of forestry management modernization; it raises the objective system of Hubei digital forestry development through all round analysis about the situation of Hubei digital forestry development. The basic structural frame on Hubei digital forestry system has been studied and planned, while points out feasible ways for Hubei digital forestry development.
