Research on Extract Method of Flavonoid from Mulberry Leaves

摘要:

选择水或70％乙醇溶剂，微波处理或非微波处理桑叶的各种方法提取桑叶总黄酮。研究结果表明：经微波处理10min桑叶，以70％乙醇作溶剂提取桑叶总黄酮的浸出率最高。

Abstract:

The extraction methods of total flavonoid from mulberry leaves were studied which include extraction by two solvents (water or 70% alcohol) and pretreatment of mulberry leaves by microwave or not. The results showed that the highest extraction rate occur in pretreatment for 10 minutes by microwave and solvent extraction by 70% alcohol.
