利用EXCEL强大的数据处理功能，以退耕还林外业调查数据为基础，通过创建模板，实现自动填充作业设计内容，自动进行投资用工概算，并自动汇总。

Abstract:

Based on investigation data from the field of converting the land for forestry, the strong data-processing function of Excel was used to establish a mould. It can realize autonomously filling the content of operational design, autonomously carrying on estimate calculation of labour-input for investment and autonomously gathering together all data and material.
