本文简述了湖北省林业苗圃的发展现状，分析了国内外苗圃发展动态，针对薄弱环节提出了发展对策，对林业苗圃建设有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

Current situation of development of forestry nursery in Hubei province is described, and dynamic of nursery development both at home and abroad is analyzed, countermeasure of development facing to weak element is put forward which has a certain reference significant for construction of forestry nursery.
