Primary Exploration to Study on Issues Faced by Hefeng County in Forest Management

摘要:

森林是林业的基础，保护和培育森林资源是一切林业工作的出发点和落脚点，也是生态建设和生产力发展的必然要求。科学、合理地经营森林是实现林业目标和任务的重要手段。本文在全面总结鹤峰县森林经营的基础上，对该县森林经营的生物、技术、社会、经济、行政、法律、科技等问题进行了研究和探讨。

Abstract:

Forest is basis for forestry, the starting-point and ending-point for all of forestry works will be to protect and cultivate forest resource which also is necessary requirement for ecological construction and development of productive force.Meanwhile, scientific and rational forest management is also important mean to realize forestry target and task. This article has made study on and exploration to issues in aspects of biology, technology, society, economic, administration, law, science and technology on forest management in the county based on overall summary to forest management in Hefeng county.
