摘要:

在组织培养中，有效无菌材料的获得是植物组织培养成功的重要前提和根本保证。本文主要以桉树为代表，通过对桉树外植体的采集、灭菌和接种等过程的试验研究，阐述了获得有效无菌材料的途径和方法。

Abstract:

Effective non-bacteria material obtained among tissue culture is an important pre-condition and basic guarantee for successful tissue culture in plant. This paper main takes Eucalyptus spp. as representative through test research on process of collection, sterilization and inoculation etc. in ex-plant of Eucalyptus spp. , elucidates pathway and method on obtained effective non-bacteria material.
