Study on Technique for Detection of Grapevine Fleck Virus by Dot-blotting

摘要:

采用圆点印迹法检测GFkV，结果表明：Tris—HCl和PBS在提取GFkV时效果相同，同一带毒植株中GFkV在葡萄韧皮部中含量较高。

Abstract:

Dot-blotting was used for detecting grapevine fleck virus by this article, the results showed that effects of extracting grapevine fleck virus are identical with that of Tris-Hcl and PBS, the content of GFkV in phloem of grapevine is higher than other parts of the same poisoned plant.
