Preliminary Report of Trial on Seedling Propagation of V. Quinquangularis Rehd

摘要:

采用毛葡萄种子繁殖和扦插繁殖能够成苗。常规扦插毛葡萄不易生根成苗，试验表明：用911生根粉浸泡处理，枝条生根率高于快蘸处理和不处理的枝条；1a生枝条扦插成苗率明显高于2～3a生枝条。

Abstract:

Propagation by using seed of V.quinquangularis Rehd and cutting can become seedling, however, it is hard to root and grow seedling by using cutting of V.quinquangularis Rehd regularly. The trial shows that the rooting rate of branch is higher by dipping treatment with 911 rooting powder than that of fast dipping and non-treated branch; seedling rate with cutting of one-year old branch is higher obviously than two to three-year old branch.
