近年来,恩施州山野菜资源开发力度不断增强,特别是富硒野菜被誉为“稀世之宝”,为山野菜产业开发展现了宽广的前景。要解决好市场需求与资源有限这一矛盾,只有在生态平衡的弹性范围内,坚持在经济、社会和生态效益统一的前提下,积极、合理、充分开发与有效的保护相结合,以保护为前提,实行有限度的开发利用,保持山野菜产业快速、健康、协调发展,促进地方经济有效发展。

Abstract:

Exploitation effort for mountain wild vegetable in Enshi Prefecture over recent years is strengthening constantly; especially rich selenium-contain wild vegetable is reputed as "rare treasure", and presents a broad prospecting for its industry development. As long as insisting under pre-condition of unify economic, social and ecological effects in flexible range of ecological balance, combines active, rational and full exploitation and effective protection to realize limit exploitation utilization, preserve quick, healthy and coordination development of the industry and promote effective development for local economy,so as to settle this contradiction of market need and resource.
