比利时杜鹃扦插繁殖技术研究

Study on Cuttage Propagation Technique of Rhododendron cv. Belgium

摘要:

通过对比利时杜鹃不同扦插时间、插穗所用IBA浓度及扦插介质进行对比试验。结果表明：在武汉市，比利时杜鹃的最佳扦插时间为4～6月份；IBA的适宜浓度为0～150mg／L；最佳扦插介质为珍珠岩。加强扦插后的管理，60d生根率基本在90％以上。

Abstract:

Contrast experiments were done by different cutting times, different density of IBA and different cutting media in cuttage propagation of Rhododendron cv. Belgium. It was showed that April~June was the best cuttage time; the suitable density of IBA was 0~150 mg/L; perlite was the best cutting media in cuttage propagation of Rhododendron cv. Belgium in Wuhan city. The rooting rate of cuttage was up to 90% in 60 days if management was strengthened after cutting.
