Preliminary Report on Study of Induced Callus for Pinus Elliotii

摘要:

取湿地松成熟胚作为外植体，在添加不同BA、NAA浓度配比的MS培养基上，诱导愈伤组织的最适培养基是MS＋BA0．5mg／L＋NAA0．5mg／L＋0．6％琼脂＋25g／L蔗糖。实验同时证明，NAA是胚诱导愈伤组织的必需因子。

Abstract:

The mature embryos of Pinus elliottii Engelm were cultured as explants on MS medium containing various combinations of BA and NAA. The results showed that the best medium for inducting callus is MS+BA0.5 mg/L+NAA0.5 mg/L+0.6% of agar+25 g/L of sucrose and the experiment can prove that NAA is necessary factor for inducting callus of the embryo.
