利用板栗副产品生产食用菌技术的研究

摘要:

罗田拥有板栗4．8万hm^2，其废枝苞壳均是栽培栗蘑的上好材料。本项目是从国外引进优良栗蘑品种中选出适合罗田栽培的最佳品种，适用于罗田资源特点的最佳培养料配方。

Abstract:

There are 48 000 hm^2 of Castanea Mollissima in Luotian county which its waist branch and shell are good materials for cultivating chestnut mushroom. The project selects optimum variety fit to cultivate in Luotian from the introduced improved chestnut mushroom variety and also fits to the optimum description of resource characteristic in Luotian.
