房县食用菌产业发展现状及对策

Developmental Situation and Countermeasure on Edible Fungus Industry in Fangxian County

摘要:

通过对房县林业资源、食用菌栽培历史及其当前生产、销售、管理现状进行认真的调查,并对房县近期食用菌质量和产量低下、市场竞争力下降等5个方面的原因分析,切合房县实际提出了食用菌产业发展的指导思想及达到的目标,指出了房县从6个方面采取的措施,以保证森林资源永续利用、产业健康发展,从而达到可持续发展的目的.

Abstract:

This paper analyzes reasons from 5 aspects of edible fungus quality and low yield, degraded market competition, based on actual situation in Faugxian county, puts forward guiding ideology in the development of edible industry and reached goal, points out measures should be adopted at 6 aspects in Fangxian county, ensures permanent utilization of forest resource, industrial healthy development, so as to reach the purpose of sustainable development through careful survey in the forest resource, history of edible fungus cultivation and current production, sale and management in Fangxian county.
