People find favor in their eyes about thorn tender bud , a kind of forest vegetable in the market over recent years. The seedling supply is insufficient due to weak capability of natural sprout in the seeds during cultivation process from wild to domestic thorn tender bud , in which it hinders the process from wild to domestic cultivation. The result shows that its seedling emergence quantity are the most as 35 plants/m^2 by treatment with vinegar, while it is only 5 plants/m^2 without the treatment through 2 years study by Hefeng Forest Medical Institute under Hubei Academy of Forestry. Such study achievement has ensured seedlings source from wild to domestic cultivation for thorn tender bud.
