笔者简要介绍了沽源县退耕还林实施情况,比较分析评价了沽源县退耕还林的生态、社会、经济效果,并提出了一些政策建议.

Abstract:

The authors have introduced the progress of converting land to forest in Guyuan county; comparatively analyzed and appraised the ecological effects, social and economic effects of converting land to forest in Guyuan county; thus some policies and suggestions are put forward.
