Abstract:

Concerning reform on system of collective forest right is to liberate forestry productive forces, to raise important measure of forestry vitality; to adjust relations of forestry production, further to distinct forest right, carry out forestry management right, ensure an effective way of disposal right to the farmers. It is available to bring activity into play to invest and develop forestry by every social main body, that is the only way to forestry development in China through reforming the system of collective forest right.
