摘要:

不同浓度盐溶液对盆栽金银花进行胁迫处理,通过对其形态观察及叶绿素、渗透势、脯氨酸、细胞膜透性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)5个生理生化指标的测定,以综合评价金银花的耐盐性.

Abstract:

Lonicera japonica cultivated in basin is handled by deferent salt stress, and its salt-tolerance is evaluated comprehensively through detecting its morphology index and five physio-biochemistry indexes, chlorophyll,osmotic potential ,proline,membrane relative permeability and SOD
