The variation rules of bacteria and fungi in the rhizosphere area of Pinus elliotti seedlings within 1 year were studied based on pour plate method which provided scientific basis in the period of rational biological control.The result indicated there were huge amounts of microbes in the rhizosphere area,which were promoted by the growth of the roots of seedlings.Influenced by the development of the roots with other environmental factors,the reproduction of bacteria was much faster than that of fungi along with quick increasing the population quantity between bacteria and fungi in rhizosphere within several months after the seedling transplanted.The study also showed that the optimal time for biology control of tie damping-off disease was within one month after the seedlings transplanted.
