通山县世界银行贷款林业造林项目还贷现状、问题及对策

Current Status and Issues and Countermeasures on Paying Back by Tongshan County World Bank Loan Afforestation Project

摘要:

为了摸清通山县世界银行贷款林业造林项目还贷现状,找出存在的问题,作者根据多年来从事世行贷款造林项目管理和审计工作的经验,对项目还贷的有关情况进行了1次深入调查,并针对项目还贷存在的问题提出了一些肤浅的对策建议,以起到抛砖引玉之效果。

Abstract:

The authors have deeply carried out survey on relevant status for loan settlement in order to find out the current status,existing problems on paying back by Tongshan County World Bank Loan Afforestation Project according to the management and experiences of auditing work for the afforestation project with the loan for many years,and put forward some superficial countermeasures and suggestions over existing problems for project loan settlement so as to reach effect for casting a brick to attract jade.
