红安县森林资源动态与林业发展对策

Development Countermeasures and Dynamics for Forest Resource of Hongan County

摘要:

笔者在1975、1985及1999年全县森林资源清查资料的基础上,结合退耕还林、日贷造林及中德财政合作湖北省第二期农户造林项目等情况,分析了红安森林资源动态及其特点,并提出了红安县林业发展对策。

Abstract:

Based on data of forest resources inventory in 1975, 1985, 1999 and the affrestation projects such as Land Conversion Program, Japan Loan Afforestation Project and Sino-German Cooperation Hubei II Afforestation Project implemented in recent years, we have analyzed the forest resources characteristics and dynamic of Hongan County, and proposed countermeasures for local forest development.
