建始县林业生态工程建设的对策与建议

Countermeasures and Suggestions for Forestry Eco-environmental Engineering Construction in Jianshi County

摘要:

建始县是湖北省林业生态工程建设的重点县,通过近年来的林业生态工程建设,全县森林资源大幅提高并得到有效保护,森林的生态、社会和经济效益显著提升。针对建始县天然林保护工程和退耕还林工程实施现状,总结林业生态工程建设的保障措施,分析存在的问题,并提出相应对策,为山区林业生态工程建设提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Jianshi is a key county for forestry eco-environmental engineering construction in Hubei Province. By means of the forestry eco-environmental engineering implementing during the last years, the forest resources increased greatly and were protected effectively, the ecological benefit and social benefit and economic benefit were elevated remarkably. Be aimed at the present situation of the natural forest protection program and sloping land conversion program implementing in the county, the guarantee measures of forestry eco-environmental engineering construction were summarized, the existence problems were analyzed and appropriate countermeasures were proposed. The results provided references for forestry eco-environmental engineering construction in mountainous area.
