Discussion on Countermeosure for Protection and Development of Ecological Environment of Forestry in Enshi

摘要:

笔者分析了制约恩施州林业生态环境保护与建设的因素,以及林业在生态环境建设中的地位和作用,林业生态环境保护与经济建设的关系。提出了加快恩施州林业生态环境保护和建设的关键是林业生态环境建设的布局和规划;现有林的经营管理;林业生态工程建设;林业科研和推广;提高认识依法治林等。

Abstract:

The author analyzes the factor of constricting protection and development on ecological environment of forestry in Enshi Prefecture, position and role of forestry in development of ecological environment, relation between protection of ecological environment and ecological development in forestry. At same time, the idea regarding key points in protection and development on ecological environment of forestry in Enshi Prefecture should be speeded up: layout and planning in development on ecological environment of forestry; management and administration of the existing forestry; development of forestry ecological engineering; research and extension of forestry as well as awareness of controlling forestry with laws etc.
