深化国有林场改革与发展的思考

Thinking on Deepening Reform and Development in State-owned Forest Farm

摘要:

笔者针对鹤峰国有林场存在的主要问题,提出了深化体制改革,理顺管理体制;创新经营机制,科学定编定岗;剥离林场社会职能,减轻林场负担;完善社会保障体系,维护国有林场稳定等一系列对策,供同行参考。

Abstract:

The author puts forward to deepen system reform,manages well management system,makes inno- vation and scientifically set establishment for staff and post;come off social duty of forest farm and reduces burden of forest farm;perfects social guarantee system;maintains a series of stable countermeasure in state -owned forest farm,provides reference for the professions aiming at existing main problem in the state- owned forest farm in Hefeng County.
