英山县退耕还林工程存在的问题及解决对策的探讨

Discussion on Existing Problems and Solvable Countermeasures for Land Conversion Program in Yingshan County

摘要:

笔者对英山几年来退耕还林工程存在的问题进行了深入的调查和分析,对存在的问题提出了建设性的意见,对巩固退耕还林成果、发展后续产业和农民增收有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:

The authors conducted deepen investigation and analysis on existing problems for the Land Conversion Program in recent years in Yingshan County,and came up with construction suggestions which showed a certain guiding role to consolidate fruits of the Land Conversion Program,and developmental follow-up industry as well as increase farmers' income.
