浅析自然保护区社区发展与自然资源保护的关系

Brief Analysis on Relationship between Community Development and Natural Resource Protection of Nature Reserves

摘要:

随着自然保护力度的加大,人们对自然保护区的关注大多集中在自然资源的保护上,很少有人关注生活在林缘社区的贫困人群,更是很少关注社区发展的问题,从而使得自然资源保护与社区发展之间产生了矛盾与冲突.笔者主要分析了目前自然保护与社区发展的关系,找出了产生矛盾关系的原因,最后就如何解决这种矛盾提出了几点建议.

Abstract:

Following increasingly intensified natural protection force,people pay most attention to protection of natural resources,but few pay attention to the poor living in communities on forest edges,let alone development of such communities,thus causing contradictions and conflicts between natural resource protection and community development.The authors mainly analyze current relationship between natural protection and community development,find out causes of the contradictions and finally give several suggestions on how to solve the contradictions.
