Impact and Countermeasure in Ice-snow Disaster to Forestry in Three Gorges Reservoir Area

摘要:

笔者以坝上库首第一县湖北省秭归县为例,从直接危害和潜在影响两个方面分析了2008年冰雪灾害对三峡库区林业生态建设的影响,以及在灾后重建过程中应注意的机遇与问题.

Abstract:

The authors analyze the ice-snow disaster in 2008 influencing construction of forestry ecology in the Three Gorges Reservoir area in two aspects of direct damage and potential impact and opportunity and issue should be paid attention during re-construction after the disaster taking the first county of the reservoir head in Zigui County in Hubei Province as the case.
