对丹江口市退耕还林后续产业建设的思考

Thinking in Development of Follow-up Industry of Land Conversion to Forest in Danjiangkou City

摘要:

随着退耕还林政策补助陆续到期,针对解决退耕农户长远生计问题的长效机制尚未建立,2007年8月,国务院以(国发[2007]25号)发出了<关于完善退耕还林政策的通知>,制定了继续对退耕农户给予适当补助,建立巩固退耕还林成果专项资金的政策,以巩固退耕还林成果、解决退耕农户生活困难和长远生计问题.根据我市实际,结合退耕还林后续产业的建设,对巩固退耕还林成果、解决退耕农户长远生计等方面提出了部分建议.

Abstract:

In August of 2007,the State Counsel issued <> with \[2007\] No.25 issued by the state facing to issues of non-established long effective mechanism to solve households' long-term livelihood in the land conversion along with expiry subsidy one by one from its policy,therefore,formulated proper subsidy to continue support to the households,so as to establish policy to consolidate achievements on the specialized funds of the issue,and settle down the livelihood issue concerning the households living difficulty during land conversion.Some relevant suggestions on such issue combining the follow-up industry development after land conversion to forest based on the actual situation in the city.
