Preliminary Report on Superior Tree Selection for Sapium sebiferum Roxb.in Hubei

摘要:

笔者对乌桕的优树选择标准、选择方法进行了初探,并在对全省乌桕资源调查的基础上,经初选、复选、决选,筛选出产量大小年差异不明显、结果枝比例高、子粒大、含油率在42%以上、病虫害少的优良单株10株,为乌桕的优良品种选育工作打下了良好的基础.

Abstract:

The authors explored the selection criteria,selected method of superior tree Sapium sebiferum Roxb.,screened ten trees of elite plants on yield in on and off year with non-obvious difference,high ratio seed-bearing branch,big seed,oil-content rate above 42% and less pest and disease based on survey of such resource in the whole province through preliminary,repeated and final selection which set a good foundation for the stock breeding of Sapium sebiferum Roxb.
