乌桕嫁接繁殖技术研究初报

Preliminary Study of Grafting and Propagation Techniques for Sapium sebiferum Roxb

摘要:

2008年春季，在湖北省林业科学研究院大冶试验基地对乌桕主要品种进行不同嫁接方法、不同砧木与接穗组合的试验，结果表明：不同嫁接方式对成活率影响差异不显著；接穗与砧木同品种，或者砧木为鸡爪桕、接穗为葡萄桕时，有较高的成活率；技术熟练的嫁接人员能显著提高嫁接成活率。

Abstract:

Tests of main species of Sapium sebiferum Roxb.in different grafting methods and stock-scion wood combinations were carried out in Daye-Base,Hubei Academic of Forestry,in spring,2008.The results showed that different grafting methods did not have significant defference on effect of survival rate;when stock and scion wood were one species,or stock was Sapium sebiferum var.laxicarpum,scion wood was Sapium sebiferum var.conferticarpum,the plant have higher survival rate with skillful technicians who can improv...
