马尾松毛虫性信息素林间诱蛾试验

Field Assay on Sex Pheromone Tripping Moth for Dendrolimus punctatus Walker

摘要:

采用船型粘胶诱捕器和马尾松毛虫性信息素诱芯,在林间进行诱捕马尾松雄蛾试验.第1年林间平均诱捕率30.6%,平均诱捕量0.475头.同一批次的马尾松毛虫性信息素诱芯,经同一冰箱低温保存1 a后,在林间开展诱蛾试验,平均诱捕率25.9 %,平均诱捕量0.7头.调查结果表明:保存1 a的诱芯没有影响诱捕效果,但同一批次的诱芯在相同条件下保存3 a后,其诱捕效果明显降低.

Abstract:

Field assay of sex pheromone of Dendrolimus punctatus Walker was conducted,using ship-shaped traps and rubber septas in forests.In the first year,the average trapping rate was 30.6%,and the average catches were 0.475.In the second year,the test by tripping moth in the forests was carried out with the same batch of sex pheromone septas which stored at low temperature in the refrigerator,the average trapping rate was 25.9% and the average catches were 0.7,showing no influence on the trapping efficiency of the...
