Current Status and Thinking on Reform of Collective Forest Right System in Enshi City

笔者通过对恩施市集体林权制改革现状的分析,思考制约林改成效的因素,提出进一步推进改革的合理化建议.

Abstract:

The authors propose rational suggestions to push forward further reform through analysis on current status of reform in collective forest right system and thinking on factors of turning restricted forest to changeable effect in Enshi.
