湖北省低温雨雪冰冻灾害植被恢复与林业重建的思考

摘要:

笔者介绍了2008年湖北省低温雨雪冰冻灾害受灾情况,从本次灾害对湖北省森林资源、林业建设、次生灾害、林业生产等方面产生的影响进行分析,并针对性地提出相关建议,为湖北省低温雨雪灾害植被恢复与林业重建工作提供参考.

Abstract:

The authors introduce status of ice disaster of low temperature and rain-snow in 2008,and analyze influence from such ice disaster to forest resource,forestry building,second disaster,forestry production and other aspects,come up with accordingly targeted suggestions which provide reference for the work over vegetation rehabilitation and forestry reconstruction to ice disaster of low temperature and rain-snow.
