现代林业评价指标体系研究初探

Study on Evaluation Index Systems of Modern Forestry

摘要:

笔者从现代林业的建设内容与目标出发,以现代林业的生态、产业和文化三大体系为基础,构建了以林业生态体系、林业产业体系、生态文化体系为Ⅰ级指标,资源状况、生态状况、经济效益、产业管理、生态文化意识、生态文化建设为Ⅱ级指标,包含37个Ⅲ级评价指标的现代林业评价指标体系,为科学地评价和衡量区域现代林业发展水平提供了依据.

Abstract:

Evaluation index system of modern forestry,which includes forestry ecology,forestry industry and forestry culture,was put forward by the authors.This system was composed of thirty-seven evaluation indexes in six sub-systems;those were concerning forest resource,forest ecology,economical effect,industry management,culture consciousness and its construction.The system offers an assessment standard and provide basis for practice of modern forestry.
