百合试管鳞茎的培养技术研究初报

Preliminary Study Cultivation Technology of Test Tube Bulb for Lilium brownie

摘要:

为提高百合试管小鳞茎的繁殖系数,设计了MS培养基中大量元素的不同用量、NAA和蔗糖不同浓度共15种培养基配方,培养百合无根试管苗.从试验结果看:1/2 MS+NAA0.2 mg/L+蔗糖50 g/L配制的培养基,对小鳞茎数量增加和直径的生长效果最好.

Abstract:

The authors have designed different dosage-use of big quantity elements among medium,15 kinds of medium prescription of NAA and different sugarcane concentration and breed seedling of root-free for Lilium brownie in order to enhance propagation coefficient of the test-tube small bulb.The result shows that the medium is made from 1/2 MS+NAA0.2 mg/L+sugarcane 50 g/L indicates the best effect for the quantity increment and diameter of the small bulb.
