巴东位于三峡库区,是全国退耕还林工程建设县,工程建设6年来,取得了良好的生态、经济、社会效益,笔者对该工程的建设效益作一客观评价,以指导项目建设的健康发展.

Abstract:

Badong locates in the Three Gorges Reservoir area which is construction county of the Land Conversion Program in China.It has achieved good effects of ecology,economy and society since 6 years of the program construction.The authors give evaluation for the effects in order to guide the program to develop healthily.
