武汉地区百合鳞片扦插技术研究

Study on Cutting Technique of Bulb for Lilium brownie var. viridulum Baker in Wuhan Region

摘要:

为提高武汉地区百合鳞片扦插繁殖系数,试验设计了不同鳞片部位、扦插时间、扦插深度3个处理,从扦插产生的籽鳞茎大小和数量来看,春季用百合种球的靠外层鳞片扦插效果最好.

Abstract:

The authors have tested and designed three treatments in different bud scale place,cutting time and cutting depth in order to enhance cutting and propagation coefficient of the bud scale for Lilium brownie var.viridulum Baker in Wuhan region.The cutting depended on out layer bud scale of Lilium brownie var.viridulum Baker in spring season shows the best results from the cutting generated big and small size of seed bulb and quantity.
