Model Design and Extension Application on Green Hometown Construction in New Countryside of Hubei Province

摘要:

笔者论述了新农村绿色家园建设在国家现代化进程中的重要性,提出了以绿化美化靓化新农村,不断扩大森林资源和提高林分质量,进而合理地综合利用为目标,推行因地制宜、分类经营、增量提质策略,依据湖北实际策划编制绿色家园建设模型,并对其结构、层次与内容作了系统阐述,这对湖北各地制定绿色家园建设实施方案与技术措施具有普遍指导意义.
