笔者从规程适用范围、规程引用标准光皮桦的生物学特性、造林材料选择及种苗培育、造林布局、造林及管护技术要点、项目执行程序、检查验收、技术档案几个方面对光皮桦造林技术规程进行研制,适用于全国范围内光皮桦造林与管护。
