家具机械操作不安全行为及预防措施探究

摘要:

家具机械加工工伤事故多发,其主要影响因素有人的因素、机的因素、环境因素和管理因素等。但人的不安全行为是导致事故发生的直接原因,也是主要原因。作者研究人的不安全行为产生的原因,并提出减少人的不安全行为的发生的措施,从而可以有效地减少家具生产工伤事故的发生。

Abstract:

There are many accidents at the process of the furniture manufacture.The causes of the accident are human,machine,environment and management and so on.But the unsafe behavior of the operator is the main direct factor that results into accident.The authors research on the cause of unsafe behavior and give some advice on decreasing the unsafe behavior to reduce the rate of accident in the furniture industry.
