公安县森林资源资产评估技术标准的研究——以公安县杨树人工林资产为例

Study on the Technical Standards of Forest Resources Asset Evaluation in Gongan County——a Case of the populus L. Plantation Asset in Gongan County

摘要:

笔者在对公安县森林资源资产现状调查的基础上,率先制订了公安县森林资源资产评估技术标准,为江汉平原的森林资源资产合理流转提供了技术支撑。该标准实用性强、应用方便,能够直接查出公安县不同经济类型区、不同立地条件、不同林龄、不同密度下杨树、水杉、柑桔等树种的资产参考价值,在林权流转过程中发挥了重要作用。

Abstract:

On the basis of the current situation of forest resources assessment investigation in Gong'an County,The technical standards of forest resources asset evaluation is worked out firstly.provided technical support for the forest resources assets flow reasonly.The standard is obvious practical such as populus L.cunninghamia Lanceolata (Lamb),citrus reticulata Blanco in different site condition,stand age and density in Gong'an County can directly provide the reference.It is play an important role in the process ...
