黄冈市林业科技成果转化机制现状设想及对策

摘要:

建立林业科技成果转化应用创新机制对于林业持续稳定发展至关重要。笔者简要地介绍了黄冈概况、现状、并深入基层调查,从5个方面提出了黄冈林业科技成果转化应用创新机制的设想:①研究适合林业科技成果转化应用创新政策机制;②研究高素质科技人员的组织机制;③研究多种资金渠道扶持的投入机制;④研究科技成果转化效益分析机制;⑤研究建立科技成果转化创新的激励机制;并提出了4条建议和5点对策。
